HI, I'M LARISSA.

Larissa is a certified Yoga teacher who emphasizes energetic balance, strength, and flexibility on various levels. Her intention in every class is to create space for her students to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

After attending her first Yoga class and falling in love with the holistic practice both on and off the mat, she embarked on an intense Yoga journey. Since her training as a traditional Hatha Yoga teacher, Larissa has been teaching breath-based Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, influenced by Yin elements. Her passion for various forms of Yoga led to the development of a unique teaching style named Yinyasa.

YINYASA combines flowing and powerful asana sequences with slow movements and deep-stretching, regenerating elements. The harmonious combination of breath and movement is the focus of every class, following the principle "let the breath be your guide." Each class is designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility on both a physical and mental level through the help of your breath.

The 'Yin' in ‘Yinyasa’ represents the cycle of nature, as Larissa teaches intuitively and in harmony with the phases of the moon. Therefore, every flow has its own intensity level, allowing you to be in sync with your source. Deep final relaxations after every session enable you to leave the class both energized and deeply relaxed.

PRE & POSTNATAL Through a deeply personal life experience, Larissa developed a strong interest in mindful movement during pregnancy and the postpartum period. This led her to explore pregnancy yoga more deeply and to learn how to support the body safely and consciously during this special time. She subsequently completed professional trainings in prenatal and postnatal yoga and now offers specialized classes to support women throughout pregnancy and after birth.

Prenatal*  Larissa’s prenatal classes are designed to help women feel confident and safe in their movement during pregnancy. The practice supports you in maintaining your strength, mobility and body awareness while gently adapting to the constantly changing needs of your body. Each class offers a calm and nurturing space to slow down, to connect more deeply with your baby and to consciously experience and embrace the incredible transformation taking place within you. Larissa’s teaching is rooted in deep respect for the wisdom, resilience and beauty of the female body and the miracle of creating new life.

*Recommended from the second trimester (from around week 13) and for as long as the practice feels supportive for you.

Postnatal*  The postnatal classes gently support women in adapting to the physical and emotional changes after birth. Through mindful, breath-led movement, the practice helps rebuild strength, restore stability and support the pelvic floor and core in a safe and respectful way. The classes offer space to reconnect with your body in its new phase, to develop trust in its abilities and to move with awareness, patience and self-compassion while acknowledging everything your body has accomplished.
Babies are welcome to be present during class, while the practice remains focused on you and your own experience.

*Recommended from around eight weeks after birth (or later, depending on your recovery), once you feel ready and have medical clearance.
